Angela Flennoy is the Founder and CEO of EduTech Consulting. Angela has an array of extensive IT experiences in the areas of IT infrastructure, data management, mobile management, process design, cloud solutions, VoIP, and vendor management. Angela also has a vast background in adult education and training, where she has over ten years of experience in teaching, assessment design, and instructional design in both eLearning and face-to-face environments. Her ideology in education is to always accommodate the learner with various instructional strategies appealing to diverse learning styles to provide an unsurpassed learning experience.

Angela’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and a Master of Arts degree in Adult Education and Training.
Interests
Angela is a service-minded individual with a passion for helping others. Her service began volunteering for Big Brother Big Sister, Girl Scouts, and recently Life Spring/Wayside Ministries women and family shelter in Aurora, IL, where she offered professional development courses.
Angela is married and has two teenage children, one of whom has ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) disorder and CAPD (central auditory processing disorder). Her personal experiences with a child that has a dual disability drive her passion for helping other parents navigate the struggles that are inherent with children that have special needs.

Ed is an experienced educator possessing an extensive background in general education, special education K- Adult, and Educational Supervision having served as Assistant Principal and Principal of elementary schools in Chicago, IL. Mrs. Means also served as an adjunct professor in the colleges of education for the following: Olivet Nazarene University, Bourbonnais, IL, Concordia University, Forest Park, IL. She also served as consulting Principal and school-based lead educator for instructional improvement in cooperation with DePaul University’s Urban Ed program.

Mrs. Means’ education preparation includes an Associates Arts in Child Development from Chicago City Colleges, Bachelor of Arts in Education, certification K-12, Master’s Degree, Education Supervision, and Doctoral work, Education Supervision (ABD).

Constance is an avid reader, researcher, and educational advocate with a strong leaning toward injustice and educational responsibilities, and human rights. She loves dogs and the competition of many board games, especially card games.
She is the mother of two and has been happily married for more than fifty years, now helping in every way possible to nurture her grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family members. She currently serves as the President of her Homeowners’ Association having served in that position for just under six years. She is the founder of a community advocacy group, Save Our Southland.

Ede founded the Healthy Communities Coalition more than two decades ago in her home community of Baltimore, Maryland. The Coalition engaged community- and faith-based organizations, youth, parents, businesses, elected officials, civic partners, and funders in an array of personal, social, and community development programs. Ede's key accomplishments includes the launch of 3 computer literacy labs within faith-based organizations, renovation of a dilapidated basketball court, construction of a school playground, reconnecting youth ex-offenders to academic, trade, and employment opportunities, after- and out-of-school initiatives, and much more. Today, the Coalition aims to decrease health disparities and improve community health through outreach programs, collaborative planning, research, and support.

Ede holds an Associate of Arts Degree in General Studies from Baltimore City Community College. She is currently enrolled in Leadership and Non-profit Management Programs at the University of Chicago and the Kellogg School of Executive Management at Northwestern University.

Ede is interested in fostering equitable academic-community partnerships, realizing the role and value of community-serving organizations’ impact on community health. She envisions diverse stakeholders working together to transform communities through best practices and community-driven research.
